How it works

We have a variety of RTS (Ready to ship) and MTO (Made to order) items. We also offer custom orders, where we create a design together.

RTS are pre made items. These cups will generally have 1-2 quantities or variances. Although I may make something similar, I won't make the exact same cup again, meaning you will have a one of a kind cup!

MTO are items that will be made once an order is placed. Current turn around time is 3-4 weeks but this time frame can change. With MTO items, you have the oportunity to change colours and/or add personalisation (name) at check out.

I have always had a passion for all things art, craft and design. When I moved from Sydney to the Clarence Valley, I took the opportunity to learn all about the tumbler crafting world and instantly fell in love. That is when Pure Luminous Giftware was born,
